(ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of FIR No.205 dated 12.09.2022, registered under Section 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar, Haryana. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
