**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an independent Arbitrator.

The contract agreement having Clause No.23 is not in dispute, rather the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection in case, independent sole Arbitrator is appointed in terms of arbitration Clause No.23 of the Contract Agreement dated 01.04.2015. The disputed value of the claim is approximately Rs.25,00,000/-. this petition is allowed and Mrs. Rupinder Kaur Thind, Advocate, # 333/334, Advocates Enclave, Sector 49-A, Chandigarh, 9988820504 rupinder+@gmail.com is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to resolve the dispute/difference between the parties. The appointment is subject to declaration to be made by the Arbitrator under Section 12 of the Act with regard to her independence and impartiality to settle the disputes between the parties. The Arbitrator to complete the proceedings within the time limit specified under Section 29-A of the Act. The Arbitrator shall be paid fee in accordance with the Fourth Schedule of the Act, as amended from time to time to be borne equally by the parties.
