(ORAL) The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 in the proceedings under Section 13B(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act for waiving of 6 months cooling period in mutual consent divorce petition bearing No.439 of 2022. It has been noticed that the present petition is appraiser attempt at Forum shopping. A Civil Revision for the same cause of action had been filed by the petitioner which was dismissed on 15.10.2022. The learned counsel for the petitioner has, thereafter, filed the instant writ petition for the same relief. On being confronted with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
