RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to official respondents to conclude the investigation in case FIR No.13, dated 27.05.2021, registered under Sections 406, 420, 498-A, 120-B IPC, at Police Station NRI Amritsar, District Amritsar, in a fair, impartial and time-bound manner.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 13.05.2022, this Court had already directed Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to decide the representation, dated 15.11.2021 within a month, however, despite that the case is still pending investigation till date. Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 3 only, at this stage. On the asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Agency to conclude the investigation within a month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
