Mr. Minkal Rawal, Advocate for Mr. Divyanshu Jain, Advocate for the respondents. ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition pertains to the year 2017. Vide order dated 24.07.2017 passing of the final order was stayed. Thereafter the case has been adjourned on numerous dates. On 03.09.2019 none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Yet again on 06.02.2020 none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. The case thereafter was adjourned by Administrative Orders due to the intervening circumstances created because of Covid-19 Pandemic. On 25.03.2022 a request for an adjournment was circulated on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners on the ground that he is in personal difficulty, though none was present in Court to press the said request and the case was adjourned to 22.08.2022. On 22.08.2022 the case was adjourned by order to today. Today none has come present on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in YOGESH SHARMA 2022.12.07 09:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
