Seeking issuance of directions to the trial Court at Amritsar to handover the further investigation or re-investigation under Section 173(8) of CrPC in case titled as State vs. Prabhjit Singh regarding allegations levelled in the cross case as captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC. 2.
On 21.04.2025, this Court had passed the following order:- "The case has been called thrice but none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner(s) in both cases.
In the interest of justice, adjourned to 21.05.2025. It is clarified that if petitioner(s) remain unrepresented on the next date, this Court shall proceed further by appointing legal aid counsel on behalf of the petitioner(s).
