After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in view of the huge recovery allegedly affected and that too pursuant to a secret information received qua the involvement of the petitioner and his co-accused in the manufacture of cough syrup, leading to a recovery of 2850 bottles of the same, a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage.
