In the present petition, the challenge is to the result of the written examination which has been declared for the post of Junior Engineer as advertised by the respondents vide advertisement No. 10/2019 dated 15.06.2019, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure P-1. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners appeared for the written examination for the post in question and keeping in view the answer keys issued by the respondent-Commission, the petitioners raised certain objections qua the answer key of the written examination, but without deciding the said objections qua the answer key, the result of the written examination dated 21.09.2019 (Annexure P-6) for the post in question has been declared, which is causing prejudice to the petitioner. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents-State on the other hand submits that qua the answer key of the written examination for the post in question, the objections were called for and all the objections received were forwarded to the Expert Committee and it is only after receiving the appropriate report from the Expert Committee, due action was taken by the RIYA 2024.03.07 10:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-32402-2019 (O&M) -22024:PHHC:027010 department concerned and the result of the written examination was declared in terms of the recommendation of the Expert Committee qua the answer key of the written examination held for the post in question. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the reply filed by the respondents wherein, it has been mentioned that the objections raised by the petitioner qua the answer key of the written examination for the post in question have already been looked into by the Expert Committee, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
