The present revision petition pertains to the year 2017. None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 03.08.2023 and 11.12.2023. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.
