SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.57 dated 14.04.2024 under Sections 21,23,29/61/85 of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 21C/25/27A of NDPS Act, 1985 and offence under Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 added later on registered at P.S Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
