The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for staying the operation and implementation of order dated 21.08.2024 (Annexure P-4) during the pendency of the appeal as well as the stay application dated 27.08.2024 (Annexure P-5) before the learned Commissiner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad.

On advance service of copy of petition, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondent-State. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Mukesh Kumar, Reader to Divisional Commissioner, Faridabad, submits that the said appeal has now been listed for hearing before the Divisional Commissioner on 30.10.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner, keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, submits that he does not intend to press the instant writ petition any further, at this stage. 5.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 6.
