***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) Vide this common order, two petitions i.e. CRM-M No.47637 of 2019 titled 'Ravi Kumar Vs. State of Punjab' and CRM-M No.45312 of 2019 titled 'Pooja Rani Vs. State of Punjab' are being disposed of as both these petitions have
-2arisen out of the same FIR.
On 08.11.2019, following order was passed in CRMM No.47637 of 2019:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that deceased had matrimonial dispute with with his wife, who left him. In her absence, the deceased had developed illicit relations with wife of petitioner. Due to this wife of petitioner also left the petitioner. Later on with the intervention of Panchayat, matter was compromised on 12.06.2018 and w.e.f. 13.08.2019, petitioner and his wife started living together. The deceased, son of complainant did not tolerate this and consumed some poisonous substance. His mother (complainant) has lodged the instant FIR with the allegation that her son had gone to the house of petitioner, where petitioner, his wife Pooja, Babbu, Vijay etc. were present and they made him consumed something, as a result of which he started vomiting and ultimately died. In fact, it was a case of suicide by the son of complainant, which has been converted in a murder case.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the police and join investigation within two weeks. In the event of his arrest being required, he shall be released on interim bail till the next date, subject to his furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer. However, he
-3shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2)(i) to (iv) Cr.P.C. failing which he shall loose the benefit of interim bail allowed to him."
Evidently deceased Rinku was married to Pooja resident of Dabwali. There was a matrimonial discord between the couple and they started living separately. Aforesaid Pooja was living with her parents. In her absence, Rinku developed some illicit relations with his neighbour Pooja wife of Ravi Kumar, who was also not having good relations with her husband Ravi Kumar. Thereafter, on account of some compromise, Ravi and Pooja started living together. Further allegations are that on 13.06.2018, when Rinku came to house, he was profusely vomiting. He allegedly told his mother that Pooja wife of Ravi Kumar, Ravi Kumar, Vijay, Badhu and Radha Krishan etc. had administered some poisonous substance to him.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are not required for any further investigation of the case.
In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, order dated 08.11.2019 passed in CRM-M No.47637
-4of 2019 and order dated 14.01.2020 passed in CRM-M No.45312 of 2019 are made absolute, however petitioner(s) shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438
(2) Cr.P.C.
Petitions stand disposed of.
