Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of order dated 22.07.2019 passed in CWP No.17379 of 2019, speaking order dated 06.11.2019 has been passed by the respondents, copy of which has been placed on file as Annexure R-2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner including challenge to the speaking order passed by the respondents.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Rule discharged.
