The petitioner has sought regular bail in case FIR No.355 dated 07.08.2018 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Shivaji Nagar, District Gurugram. The allegations against the petitioner are that the petitioner used forged documents to furnish the surety bonds for one Ashok, who was accused in case under Section 138 of N.I. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been filed and charges have been framed. The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2018. The trial of the case may take long time. No useful purpose will be served by keeping him in custody.
