This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of complaint case bearing No.COMI/63/2017 dated 13.07.2017 and the summoning order dated 09.01.2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have since compromised the matter and that it has been agreed in the compromise that a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is also to be filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to get the same revived in case the compromise does not fructify.
