**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 29 dated 13.3.2018, registered under Sections 21 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 7.11.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and was admitted on bail.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 7.11.2019 is made absolute.
