(Oral) A copy of the order dated 10.02.2023 passed by learned Lower Court, whereby a statement was made by learned counsel for the respondent/defendant that he withdraws his Power of Attorney and notice was ordered to be issued to the respondent/defendant, for the date fixed, has been filed in the Court today itself and the same is taken on record. In view of the said order having placed on record, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, at this stage, he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be making appearance before the Court concerned, on the date fixed.
