Seeking setting aside of impugned judgment dated 31.01.2017 passed by Judge, Special Court, Bathinda whereby application under Section 319 CrPC for summoning respondents No.2 to 4 was dismissed, the petitioner has come up before this Court.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has been concluded and four of the accused persons have been convicted, rendering the present petition infructuous.
