The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 116 dated 12.02.2023 under Sections 15 (c), 27-A, 29, 61 and 85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar, Hisar, District Hisar.

At the outset, learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate of the petitioner, which is taken on record. 3.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 4.
