It has been brought to the notice of this Court that LPA-30502025 is now pending for 19.05.2026. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that in the said circumstances, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to revive the same/file a fresh contempt petition after decision of the LPA in case any cause survives. 4.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
