The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to allot free paddy in terms of Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that respondents vide letter dated 17.10.2023 has granted one time concession in allocation of paddy during KMS 2023-24 to all the new mills. 3.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid factual position and submits that case of the petitioner would be considered in the light of aforesaid letter.

In the wake of statements of both sides, the petition stands disposed of.
