(Oral) Through the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 for disclosing the status of enquiry being conducted on the complaint (Annexure P-1) made by the petitioner, which is pending since 12.10.2021.

Sub-Inspector Sarwan Kumar, who is present in Court, has submitted status report dated 16.12.2022. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. The status report discloses that dispute between the parties is of civil in nature. Complainant Naresh Kumar has confirmed that he has not presented the cheque which shows that there was no mala fide intention on the part of Raj Kumar. As per agreement-cum-settlement deed executed between complainant and Raj Kumar, it seems that complainant and Raj Kumar jointly wanted to invest the money to purchase the property in question. There is dispute between the parties qua financial transactions as well property in question which is civil in nature, therefore, no police action is required.
