Learned State counsel on instructions from the police official who is present in Court to assist him, submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated November 07, 2019, the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required presently. That being so, this petition is allowed, with the order dated November 07, 2019, granting interim bail to the petitioner, made absolute on the same terms and conditions.
However, the aforesaid order will not be treated to be an observation of this Court on the merits of the case, but only in view of the fact that the investigating agency itself has stated that it does not require HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2019.12.02 14:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
