SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.157 dated 02.12.2017 under Sections 326-A, 325,323,506,148,149 IPC registered at P.S City Jalalabad, District Fazilka and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition.
