******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that the matter has since been amicably settled in terms of compromise dated 26.04.2019 in Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. He has no objection if the appeal is disposed of as per terms contained in the compromise. The appellant has made a part payment of `5 lakhs and is yet to make payment of `6 lakhs by August, 2019.
In view of submission of learned counsel for respondent No. 1, compromise dated 26.04.2019 is taken on record as Annexure C-X. The appeal is disposed of in term of compromise which shall be read as part of this order. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of compromise. In the event of breach of any terms of compromise, affected party shall have the right to seek execution of the same. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) May 24, 2019.
