SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of cross case bearing Rapat No.32 dated 21.11.2017 (Rapat was noted on 21.11.2017 however the same is registered on 02.12.2017) under Sections 447,323,506,148,149 IPC (however Section 201 IPC added later on) in FIR No.157 dated 02.12.2017 under Sections 326-A, 325,323,506,148,149 IPC registered at P.S City Jalalabad, District Fazilka and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
