Petitioner incarcerated in the above captioned FIR has come before this Court under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, seeking regular bail. 2.

Counsel for the State submits that the trial is at the fag end at the stage of recording statement of accused-petitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and the decision of this Court will have a bearing on the final outcome of the trial. Counsel for State undertakes that he will not seek any adjournment. Now ball is in the court of petitioner.

Given such assurance, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously, as bail petition stands withdrawn.
