The application is allowed, as prayed. Affidavit on behalf of respondents no.2 and 3 is taken on record.

CRM-M-56308-2022:

The instant petition was filed on behalf of the complainant for cancellation of bail granted to the accused, on account of failure on the part of the respondents no.2 and 3-accused to comply with certain conditions, as mentioned in the order dated 10.01.2022, granting anticipatory bail to them. 2.

Counsel for respondents no.2 and 3 submits that all the conditions laid down in the order dated 10.01.2022 have now been complied with. However, counsel for the petitioner-complainant submits that still certain conditions have not been complied with till date.

Be that as it may, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the complainant to file a petition for contempt of Court or taking up appropriate proceedings for perjury in case the affidavit so filed is false. Counsel for the parties submitted that the matter can be settled if referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. 5.

Given the stand, parties i.e. complainant/accused/concerned bank are at liberty to move an application before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of the concerned district i.e. Hissar. If any such application is made, the Incharge of the Centre shall appoint a mediator and the concerned mediator shall make an endeavour to settle the matter after hearing all the stake holders.
