Learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer for issuance of directions to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, to look into the representation dated 10.10.2023 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

In view of the restricted prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, to look into the representation dated 10.10.2023 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps, if required, in accordance with law.
