This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of criminal complaint No.299 of 2016, dated 14.08.2016, summoning order dated 13.07.2016, Annexure P2 and order dated 19.07.2017, Annexure P3, as per which petitioners were declared proclaimed person, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

That the challenge to the complaint and summoning order was given up on 13.12.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in terms of the direction passed by this Court on 13.11.2019, petitioners had surrendered before the trial Court and were granted bail and are thereafter appearing regularly in the proceedings and thus the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
