ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is confining the prayer in this petition to the expeditious disposal of the trial as the FIR was registered in the year 2017 and the challan was filed in the year 2018 but the trial has not made any headway.
