(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondents No. 1 and 2 to refund the earnest money amounting to Rs. 31,883/- which has been credited in the account of respondent-Corporation in the name of respondent No. 3. Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2 has put in appearance and submits that the petitioner's legal notice/representation dated 06.10.2023 (Annexure P-6) has been received on 11.10.2023 and it shall be decided within two weeks.

The writ petition is being disposed of giving a direction to respondents No. 1 and 2 to decide the petitioner's legal notice/representation within two weeks and if any amount is due, the same shall be released to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.
