Learned counsel for the respondent states that the landlord had subsequently filed another petition for eviction on the ground of arrears of rent. In the said petition, the orders of the authorities were challenged before this Court in CR-787-2025 and vide order dated 05.03.2025 the said civil revision was disposed off as the possession had already been taken in pursuance of the orders passed by the authorities in the said case. 2.

In view thereof, the present petition, which emanates out of the ejectment proceedings filed previously, has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the present revision petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
