(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS 2023 to quash FIR No.0014 dated 30.01.2025 registered under Sections 115, 126, 3(5), and 324(4) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Division No.6 District Ludhiana and all consequential proceedings on the basis of oral compromise followed by affidavit executed by complainant on 04.02.2025 (Annexure P-5).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that a compromise has been effected with the respondent in this matter. 3.

Mr. Subhash Godara, Addl. A.G. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that the parties will appear before the trial Court and on moving an application by the parties for compounding of the offence the trial Court will deal with the same in accordance with law.
