, -./ The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of order dated 10.07.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Batala vide which the application of the petitioner for permitting him to cross examine PW-1 Kulwinder Kaur prior to disposal of the application being moved by the prosecution under Section 323 Cr. P.C was dismissed. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner already stands redressed and the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
