***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action against respondents No. 5 to 7 for committing fraud and cheating involving Rs. 15-16 lakhs against the petitioner and conduct fair and proper investigation in complaint dated 15.12.2023 (Annexure P-3) and the representation dated 30.04.2024 (Annexure P-5).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to look into the matter and decide the said representation in a time bound manner.
