***** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 CrPC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.123 dated 22.10.2019 under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC registered at Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur.

In view of above, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 13.11.2019, whereby the arrest of the petitioner was stayed, is made absolute.
