At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, has since been withdrawn, before the court below, on the basis of compromise reached between the parties. As such, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.
