RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.173, dated 23.10.2022, under Section 376 IPC and Sections 66(E), 67, 67(A) of Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Sadar Khanna, District Ludhiana.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
