**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioners are seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to adjust the petitioners on the vacant post in pursuance of directions dated 02.02.2019 (Annexure P-3). In this regard, had submitted representations dated 12.06.2019 & 10.09.2019 (Annexures P-4 and P-5), but there is no adherence thereto.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Director Economic and Statistical Department, Panchkula, Haryana, to consider the representations dated 12.06.2019 & 10.09.2019 (Annexures P-4 and P-5) keeping in view letter dated 02.02.2019 (Annexure P-3), within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2, to consider the

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioners to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
