MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.102 dated 25.05.2021 under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professional Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Division No.6, Jalandhar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that as per terms and conditions of the compromise effected between the parties, the entire sum of 19.5 lakh stands paid to the complainant. ₹ He further submits that since the FIR in question itself has been quashed by this Court vide order of even date, the instant petition may be disposed of accordingly.

In the facts and circumstances as enumerated hereinabove, since the entire sum of 19.5 lakh stands paid to the complainant by the ₹ petitioner and the FIR in question itself stands quashed, nothing survives in the instant petition.
