In this revision petition, the correctness of interlocutory order passed by the trial Court is challenged by the defendant. She filed an application for permitting her to get analysis of Ex.P4 through handwriting and finger print Expert. In substance the petitioner alleges that her thumb impression was taken on blank paper which was subsequently got typed in the year 2010. The trial Court has observed that his attention has not been drawn to any technique of science to come to conclusion as to on which date the thumb impression was appended on the paper. The correctness of such order has been challenged in this case.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner was once again granted opportunity however, she failed to draw the attention of the Court to any such science.
