Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.107 dated 26.06.2024, under Section 394 (Sections 323 & 411 added subsequently) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, "at this stage". 3.

Ordered accordingly.
