  7 1. Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to reimburse the amount of Rs.58,192/- of medical bill alongwith interest to the petitioner.

2. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Ms. Neha Gupta, Senior Assistant, Budget Branch, DPI (Elementary), states that the claim of medical reimbursement will be sent to the health department within a period of 2 weeks for the approval, whereafter the amount shall be released within a period of 4 weeks, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner.
