NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0206 dated 26.10.2022 under Sections 323, 325, 326, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Tarn Tarn, District Tarn Taran.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty that the petitioner would surrender before the trial Court and would seek regular bail, the same be considered and decided expeditiously.
