The instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0087 dated 10.08.2024 registered under Section 420 IPC (Annexure P-1), at Police Station City Duri, District Sangrur. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Reply by way of an affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Operational and Security, Sangrur, Additional Charge, Sub Division, Dhuri, District Sangrur has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State and the same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 04.10.2024 is made absolute. The petitioner shall MAMTA 2024.10.24 12:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
