**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Instant petition has been filed for seeking direction to the official respondents to provide protection of life and liberty to the petitioner from private respondents No.9 to 16.

On the previous date of hearing i.e. on 14.12.2022, following order was passed:- "As per office report, notices, issued to respondents No.9 to 16 have not been received back either served or otherwise. Adjourned to 15.03.2023, to await the service of aforesaid respondents.

Meanwhile, remaining respondents, who have been served, may file their respective replies, if any, on or before the next date of hearing with copies in advance to the opposite counsel. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the complete paper book to learned counsel for the State of Haryana, during course of the day."

CRWP-11339-2022 - 2 - Today also, as per office report, notices to respondents No.10 to 16, could not be served for one reason or the other. Mr. Pawan Kumar Jhanda, AAG, Haryana, has filed the reply dated 06.03.2023, by way of affidavit of Surender Singh, HPS, ACP, Panchkula, on behalf of respondents No.2, 6, 7 & 8 (State of Haryana) in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place.

A copy thereof has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, Haryana, refers to para No.11 of the aforesaid reply, wherein, it is mentioned that the matter has been resolved between the petitioner and respondents No.9 to 15, and accordingly, cancellation report has been submitted vide letter dated 27.01.2023. In this view of situation, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
