The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 23.01.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-25174-2022, whereby the respondents were directed to decide the claim of the petitioner.

In compliance of the order dated 23.01.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-25174-2022, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 18.12.2025 of Anupma Malik, Estate Officer-II, HSVP, Gurugram, along with speaking order dated 03.12.2025 (Annexure R/1) passed by the Chief Administrator, HSVP, Panchkula, has been filed on behalf of the respondents in the Registry. A perusal of the compliance report shows that order dated 23.01.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-25174-2022 has been complied with.

In view of the above, since order dated 23.01.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-25174-2022, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.

Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order dated 03.12.2025 (Annexure R/1) passed by the Chief Administrator, HSVP, Panchkula.
