Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.116 dated 15.05.2017, under Section 326, 324, 323, 34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran.

The learned counsel for the petitioners intimates this Court that, on the basis of compromise, the FIR (supra) has already been quashed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, through drawing an order on 08.04.2021, upon CRM-M-10176-2021.
