Prayer in the application is for review of the order passed on 31.8.2015, vide which the appeal was decided in terms of the judgment in RFA No.8 of 2005-Devinder Singh and others vs. State of Haryana and others.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in the present appeal was issued on 26.5.1995, whereas notification under consideration in Devinder Singh's case (supra) was issued on 12.5.1995. The present appeal was erroneously listed along with that bunch. The other appeals pertaining to the acquisition in question are pending.

The aforesaid fact was not disputed by learned counsel for the State.

RA-RF No.201-CI of 2017 -2the fact that the case in hand did not pertain to the acquisition which was considered in Devinder Singh's case (supra), the order passed in the present appeal is re-called. The appeal is restored to its original number and the same be now listed for hearing as per roster. The review application stands disposed of.
